This applies for all personal/commissioned works. Don't take my works to be finished off by yourself or other artists, or edit the piece yourself without my prior consent.DO NOT USE MY ART TO TRAIN AI OR FOR CRYPTOCURRENCY PURPOSES
I am against the production of NFTs/cryptocurrency and generative AI art training, and will not be using my art to produce or train them.
If my art is found to be used in these situations, it will be taken down ASAP. Please do not use my art without my consent/credit.Usage
If using my art, please credit me in the description/bio by linking/tagging my Twitter, Instagram, BlueSky or VGen.
By default, no commercial usage. If you are considering commercial use, please contact me first! An additional commercial usage fee will occur.
Please ask first before reposting onto your own socials, or use the platforms resharing feature. Unauthorised/uncredited reposts will be reported.
Commissions can be reposted with credit, and are only to be used in a non-commercial manner by the client.
Clients are free to make personal merchandise out of their commissions, with permission granted beforehand. Clients may NOT sell merchandise using commissioned art.
Reference sheets can be used to show other artists, but please credit me as the designer.Artfight
I'm a regular participant, but attacking me does not guarantee a piece back. Feel free to repost the attacks I've made towards you on your own platform, following the usage guidelines. I'll repost the attacks I do on my accounts as well, but please let me know if you want me to take it down.Collaboration/Trades
I am open to collaboration through trades, but I'm more inclined to accept these requests from people I know. Don't be afraid to reach out!

Commission Specific

I have the right to turn down any requests/commission for any reason.Commissions may be closed suddenly/without prior notice.
I will finish commissions already paid for but not take any new jobs until they reopen.I will NOT draw the following:
- Animals / Anthropomorphic or otherwise non-humanoid characters
- Complex backgrounds / scenes
- Any kind of insensitive subject. Includes offensive, political or targeted subjects
- Romantic / Intimate Ship Art
- Mech / Heavy Armour / Vehicles
- Heavy NSFW (Sexual or Gore). Nudity / Suggestive is fine for 18+ clients only
- Anything outside of my regular style (Includes real people / realism)Payment
Payment will be taken through VGen (If submitted through VGen) or Paypal.
Other methods are available with discussion.
I will begin work on the commission as soon as full payment is received.Revisions
Major revisions will be made during the sketch process.
Excessive major revision requests will incur a revision fee of AUD$10 per revision.
Minor revisions such as colour adjustment may be requested on the final piece, but no major changes once the sketch has been finalised.
Major revision examples: Clothing/hairstyle changes, pose/expression changes, general visual composition

Commissions will be done within 3 months of payment AT LATEST, unless we have discussed a delay.
Please notify me of any deadlines you have prior to payment.Communication
Communication will be done through the platform initially contacted on (Primarily Discord or VGen).
I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission in regular intervals.
If I haven't provided any update within a month without prior negotiation, please reach out and contact me to discuss the status of your commission.Refunds
Refunds will be given in the following scenarios:
- I have notified you that I am unable to complete the commission for any given reason.
- I have not began your commission 2 months after full payment, unless we have discussed that there will be a delay.

Direct messages on my social accounts have been turned off due to excessive spam in my inbox, causing me to miss messages.
