DO NOT EDIT/MODIFY MY ART. This applies for all personal/commissioned works. Don't take my works to be finished off by yourself or other artists.
Private/Personal Usage: Ask first before reposting. Commissions can be posted with credit to my VGen, BlueSky or Twitter within the description/reply. Reference sheets can be used to show other artists, but please credit me as the designer.
Commercial Usage: By default, no commercial usage. If you are considering commercial use, please contact me first!
No "free" art: Unless I state that I am offering art in a certain post, such as in a giveaway.
Art Fight: I do participate, but this does not guarantee a piece from me. Feel free to repost the attacks I've made towards you on your own platform, with credit. I'll repost the attacks I do on my accounts as well, but please let me know if you want me to take it down.
Collaboration/Trades: I am open to collaboration through trades, but I'm more inclined to accept these requests from people I know.
DO NOT USE MY ART TO TRAIN AI/FOR NFTS.
I am against the production of NFTs and AI art training, and will not be using my art to produce them. If my art is found to be used as an NFT or similar, it will be taken down ASAP.

I won't normally give discounts to commissions, however if you have read through my T&C here, quote "I like your shoelaces" in your commission request, and I'll provide 10% off your commission (valid once per client). Thank you for reading!

Commissions

Commissions may be closed suddenly/without prior notice. I will finish commissions already paid for but not take any new jobs until they reopen.
I will NOT draw the following (SUBJECT TO CHANGE):
Animals // Complex backgrounds / scenes // Offensive / Political / Targeted Subjects // Romantic Ship Art // Mech / Heavy Armour / Vehicles // Heavy NSFW (Sexual or Gore) // Anything outside of my regular style (Includes real people / realism)
I have the right to turn down any requests/commission for any reason.
Revisions: Revisions will be made during the sketch process. Minor touch-ups may be requested on the final piece, but no major changes once the sketch has been finalised.
Delivery: Commissions will be done within 2-3 months of payment AT LATEST, unless we have discussed a delay. Please notify me of any deadlines you have prior to payment.
Refunds: Refunds will be given in the following scenarios:
- I have notified you that I am unable to complete the commission for any given reason.
- I have not began your commission 2 months after payment, unless we have discussed that there will be a delay.
Communication
Communication will be done through the platform initially contacted on. I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission in regular intervals.
If I haven't responded within a few days to a message sent, please contact me on Twitter, as it is my main platform. Email to be used only for urgent matters.
Generally responds within 3 days, during 10am - 7pm AEST. Please do not rush me, constant unsolicited contact or "ghosting" during a commission will result in blocking on all platforms and no refunds (if applicable).
